The royal meals of Nilhan Sultan Mansion Paşalimanı are prepared with products grown naturally according to seasonal harvest periods. Therefore, they are different in summer and winter months. Seafood is supplied from the sea on the coasts of Bozcaada and Çanakkale according to the season. Nothing except butter and olive oil is used as oil in our meals.

In the most peaceful corner of Kuzguncuk Village, this unique Ottoman mansion, which has given its porches to the Bosphorus wind and its back to the grove, has undergone a long and painstaking restoration process.
From the 19th Century to the Present…
Every architectural element of Nilhan Sultan Mansion Paşalimanı has been restored by its original form to history. All items such as the Cistern, Turkish Bath, and door beams in the interior of the mansion have been restored with the materials used at the time they were produced and handcrafted.
